Edward is a 37" tall, full soft sculptured calorically challenged puppet. Hand crafted with pride by JET, Edward comes with her signature mouth pillow with both finger and thumb straps for Vent comfort. Edward comes fully dressed, although clothing may vary.
Edward is a retired machinist turned Gentleman Farmer. When he retired, he found out that you could only deduct farm expenses if you have more than 5 acres, so he set out to find his farm. He looked long and hard over many months, but finally he found the perfect farm. It has exactly 5.01 acres.
Edward has been married for 32 years to his childhood sweetheart Aggie, who he dearly loves. At Edward and Aggie's 30th wedding anniversary party, someone asked him if he had ever considered divorce. "Nope" quipped Edward, "but if I had keeled her the first time I thought about it, I would have gotten out of jail 15 years ago". With that, he laughed and kissed Aggie on the cheek, adding, "But I don't reckon I'd have found one I liked any better even if I had keeled this one".
Edward delights in picking on Aggie and telling stories about her to anyone who will listen. He tells folks "the only way Aggie could get any meaner would be to get bigger". Edward says that his goal in life is to do as little as possible. His hobbies are eating and sleeping. Aggie says that her favorite food is couch potato. She just loves chewing them out.
Edward and Aggie have two children. Little Eddie, and Ward. Eddie is a graphic artist and Ward owns a small but successful ladies dress shop. Both boys are still single which means that even though they live on their own, they both come home regularly on Sundays. They almost always manage to arrive at the same time just about the time that Aggie is putting Sunday dinner on the table. The boys are always "surprised" that it is dinner time and they "just don't want to hurt Mom's feelings" by declining to sit down and eat at least one or two plates full of pot roast.
Although Edward claims to be lazy, he really works hard raising lots of delicious fruits & vegetables on his small farm. He loves to get up early on Saturday morning, put on his overalls and straw hat then drive down to the local Farmers Market. He backs his pick-up truck in to the stall and sets his lawn chair up in the rear and spends the day selling vegetables out of his truck. Edward is a pro at messing with people, and most of his customers come straight to his truck to get his tasty produce and a good helping of friendly insults. It is nothing out of the ordinary for Edward to tell some lady that she reminds him a lot of a goat he once had. Nobody seems to mind though, in fact most of the people come right back at Edward with an insult of their own.
